How much is shipping?

Shipping is quoted by item based on size, weight, method (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or Freight), and required time frame.

What payment options do you offer?

GRS Liquidations offers several payment methods including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, coming soon Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.

What is your return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  If the return is due to a GRS error  or defective item, we will pay return shipping costs.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks or sooner of shipping date on the return package. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
